Come One, Come All!

Hello to all of your who still loyally check the blog! I apologize for the lack of posts. We've been hard at work to get ready for Open House. Please join us in classroom festivities on Friday night at 6 PM. Can't wait to have your little ones show off all of their great work!

Thank you to all of you who came with open hearts and minds to the Agape First Communion workshop. I know some of you had to leave early due to the miscommunication of timing. Again, I apologize for that. But the morning was very prayerful and I loved seeing you with your little ones.

We've been very busy with our preparations for Open House. We have mainly been preoccupied with completing our Dinosaur (and eggs) project.

It's a messy job, but someone's gotta do it!

As Promised...

Here is the projected homework for this upcoming week 3-21 through 3-25. Please don't have your child write the homework in his or her agenda until he or she comes in to class. That way, if anything changes, they don't have to erase and start all over. Thank you!

Monday:
-Complete Flat Traveler project and return by Tuesday - Projects received after Tuesday will be marked late.
-Read 15+ minutes and complete a Setting Analysis paper due Friday
-Spelling: 1 activity using last week's words. Spelling Test on Tuesday.
-Reading Test on Wednesday (Story was from last week "Officer Buckle and Gloria"
-Math Lesson 88B & Fact Sheet -- PLEASE PRACTICE FACTS

Tuesday:
-No spelling homework for the rest of the week
-Read 15+ Minutes (Setting Paper due Friday)
-Math Lesson 89B & Fact Sheets -- KEEP PRACTICING FACTS!

Wednesday:
-Read 15+ minutes
-Math Fact Homework A/B -- Math REALLY starts to speed up now -- it is VITAL students practice facts

Thursday:
-Math Problem Solving Worksheet 91
-Read 15+ minutes and Setting Analysis paper due on Friday

Friday:
Don't forget -- Noon Dismissal today! See you all at Open House 6 PM!

Character Analysis Worksheet

So sory I forgot to send the worksheet yesterday. I will upload it to the classroom website so you can download it at home if ever I forget. Also, if you could please send Flat Traveler photos and photo pages by THURSDAY I would greatly appreciate it. I will ask for the project to be turned in by next Thursday, March 17th.
